BILLING

Ordering

After you click “Submit Order” an e-mail confirmation will be sent. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “Order History” to review order status and to obtain a tracking number.

Payment

We accept: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Fox House Gift Cards and Store Merchandise Credit Cards.

Taxes

Is determined by your shipping address and may be applied to your order depending on your state or country.

Backorder

We sometimes have merchandise for sale that has not yet been received at our distribution center, or that has sold out and is being restocked. You can still order these items to reserve your favorite color or size, and then we’ll ship it to you when supplies are replenished. Backordered items cannot be expedited and will ship via standard shipping when they arrive. We will contact you via email if the item’s due date changes.

ORDER TRACKING

Please log in to your account to view your recent order history, status, and tracking information.If you do not have an account with us, please contact us and we will be happy to update you with your order status. Orders that are “Processing” have been received and are in our queue.Your tracking information can also be found by logging into your account and viewing your orders. International shipments shipped via USPS will also be provided with tracking.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders typically ship within 1-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed during promotional sales may take 3-4 business days to process.Express orders placed after 11 AM PST will be shipped the following business day.

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
If you need to change, cancel, or any other assistance with your order, please contact us immediately via email. We will not be able to make change requests once your order is done processing or once it is shipped.

We will not be able to make changes to your order via PayPal comments.

FREE SHIPPING INFO

Orders over $100 USD will not be charged the Standard Shipping fee. Offer excludes additional shipping charges for oversized items. Free Shipping applies only to merchandise. Taxes, Duties, Gift Cards and oversized shipping charges do not count toward the Free Shipping total. Free shipping offer valid in the US only.

US SHIPPING

Fox House happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100 USD

Most orders will ship out within 2-3 business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 24-48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. Click here for international shipping information. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

  • Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Orders are generally received within 7-14 business days from the ship date. Delivery will be made by your local  postal service.

  • Tracking is not available for Flat Rate Shipping, however, we do provide a customs number that you can track.

  • We Offer Expedited Shipping for International Orders with  our Global Express Guaranteed. Please keep in mind this is  the only method of International Shipping that has tracking  available.This usually takes 7-10 business days.

RETURN / EXCHANGES

Return’s Policy

At this time Fox House only accepts exchanges and store credits.

Merchandise must be exchanged within 15 days of receipt.

Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.

Merchandise must have all tags, including any Fox House hangtags, attached.

Any merchandise purchased at “Sale” price cannot be returned or exchanged. Hair accessories, swimwear, underwear and bodysuits cannot be exchanged.

All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.

 

U.S. Hassle-Free Exchanges

Exchanges or store credit will be processed free of charge, while returns for a refund to your original payment method (i.e. credit card, Paypal) will require a handling & processing fee of $5.99, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded to you. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Returns

At this time, only exchanges are accepted for International Orders.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can be used online at our website, www.myfoxhouse.com. Or in our store location.
  • Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Please treat Store Credit like cash.
  • Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased items have been returned and you have selected “Store Credit” as the refund method.
  • Store Credit may be used to purchase gift cards to our store.
  • Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due.
  • Store credit never expires.
  • Store credit is provided in U.S. Dollars.

We carry a number of different brands from around the globe, so each style may vary slightly. If you have a question on the fit, or need something to be measured, CONTACT US and we will respond as soon as possible. These are only average estimates.

CLOTHING

* Shoulders: Shoulder seam to shoulder seam
* Bust: Armpit to armpit, and sometimes stretched for strapless or form-fitting pieces
* Waist: Measured at the smallest part of the waist
* Hip: Measured at the largest part of the hip, straight across
* Sleeves: Shoulder seam to cuff. For dolman sleeves, measured from collar
* Length: Top of garment, from shoulder seam to hem
* Rise (for pants): Taken from crotch seam to top of garment
* Inseam (for pants): Taken from crotch seam to ankle
* Swing (taken for capes and some coats) Taken across bottom hem of garment,
then doubled

SHOES

* Length: Sole of shoe, from toe to heel, measured along sole
* Width: Measured at widest part of the sole of the shoe, typically at ball of foot
* Height (for boots): From bottom of shoes (including heels) to top
* Heel: Taken at the very back of shoe, from floor to top of heel

MAKING YOUR PURCHASE

1. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, click on the SHOPPING CART or VIEW CART link on the top right corner of the page.

2. Verify the items in your cart are correct. Be sure so check size, quantity, and color.

3. Select your shipping method.

4. Enter applicable coupon codes at this point.

5. Click on PROCEED TO CHECKOUT and complete remaining account and payment information.
